Distance - Session

In the distance healing session, we work together in a holistic way...
By appointment, through mail, email or telephone, we will decide for how long and at what time the session will happen...
~ choose a time, when you are able to relax without any disturbing from your surrounding and you don't have anything to do after the session...
You do not need to tell me "anything" about "your reasons" to get the session, what ever they might be, so that in the session can happen what is supposed to happen and not what we plan to make happen...
Your preparation for the session:
~ choose a place anywhere, at your home, in your garden or somewhere in the nature, where ever you feel comfortable and where you are able to relax fully...
~ take a shower, if you like a cold one
, before the session...
~ choose relaxation music you like most to listen during the session (outside with a walkman)...
~ make sure that you will be able to lay or to sit very comfortable and feel warm and causy...
THE SESSION
~ light on some candles and incences if you like them...
~ start the music you choosed before...
~ at the appointement time, lay down or sit in a for you most comfortable position...
~ start to breath deep down into your belly, downwards to your feet...
~ listen to the music and let the breath go as your body wants to breath...
~ let your thoughts just pass by, without following anyone of them...
~ feel the realaxation appearing in all your body and all what you are...
~ follow with your attention your breath, going deep inside of you...
You might feel that somone is arround you, somone is touching you, an energetic presence, thats fine, this is me, my energetic body, which will do the session with you together...
~ just observe what is going on and let flow, what ever appears, watch it as it is a movie you're watching on the TV or in the cinema...
~ if you start to feel uncomfortable with your position, just change it so that you can relax and let all flow again...
~ you might go into a very deep state of meditation (dreamlike state)...
~ let happen, what ever appears...
When the session is over, you might be still going on by your self, relaxing or following what appears, my energy body will stay with you so long as it is needed, and let you go your own way to heal your self...
Enjoy the experience and relax so long as possible...
After the session:
For some days, after the session observe on you, what changes happen, what feelings or emotions appear... Just accept them and watch them...
